What the Insight Session Is

You take one professional development assessment, then sit down one-on-one with Mary Tettenhorst of Impact Talent Strategies to unpack what your results mean in real life. You leave with language for your strengths and practical next steps you can use right away.

Better Together: When a Student and Coach Both Participate

The Insight Session becomes a shared starting point for deeper mentoring conversations. When both of you participate, your pair gains common language around communication, strengths, motivation, and support needs.

Mary can debrief with each of you individually, or offer a joint student-coach debrief to spark conversation and translate insights directly into your mentoring relationship.
